Innovation vs capital

Huge capital requirements remain the prime barrier of entering into some specific industries. Thus larger capital requirements result in a huge structure and creates a negative perception on those who are not that financially fit. Starting a business was almost a dream for guys who had unworthy pockets. But nowadays, those business dreams become real with the increased demand for virtual organizations. How many of us know the locations of those organizations which are reaching near to billions and trillions in revenue? Other than the virtual structure, offline businesses also seem to become positive on the view of persons who want to invest in low capital. The most important reason for this change would be because of the positive changes in the customers’ attitudes toward looking for innovative products. ‘Try it new’ products play well in consumer markets and soon they vanish. This is for the reason that customers want to try new things everyday. There is also an issue concerning to this kind of behaviour of customers which is ‘loyalty for products come down but brands may achieve more’. At the current era, guys who want to start a new business seek to invest in innovations rather than locking them in a huge capital. But in some specific industries capital is a must to even introduce innovations. At the same time some businesses require less than a few hundred dollars as capital and they gain much in revenue. If you are an innovative software programmer then you need a computer, applications and a network so then easily you can start to sell it online. So the requirement for huge amount of assets and capital come down and ‘innovative and creative ideas’ become a must to do businesses especially in the fields such as marketing, media and other arts industries. New Medias such as ‘blogs and podcasting’ would be absolute examples for those fields that always seek ‘very less capital and high innovation’.

Exam ghosts

I am having an exam next week. Though the subject is not that tuff, I feel quiet exited. But I think it is calmly ok comparing to those who suffer with exam fevers. I know an exam is not the end of life. Well, no one will want to fail. But in case if I do fail, I won’t bother it too much. Who knows? next exam may be a fortune. There are days in which I had a serious doubt in a question. ‘Is it true that all who get merits in exams are succeeding in their life?’ The answer might be yes or no or at times depends. Anyhow I agree that exams are the opportunities of proving our intellectuality and conceptuality. But I recognize some persons who are practically intellectual but are missing to prove themselves in exams. Guys who believe in the concept of ‘practicality’ are not much concerned about the conceptualities of subjects. I have no experience in my life at any situation where I used a theory which I studied in school. Simple logical question behind success or failure of an exam would be ‘Did I use my knowledge in a right way at the moment when I wrote the exam?’ If the answers is yes then the result would be favour, if not you may have to prepare yourself to face a bad result. But remember, the result comes only for a few hours in which you had written the exam. So you can’t expect the same in the life also. You could be confused in the hours in which you did the exam. But that confusion will not continue for the whole life.

Four reasons for why home is better than your office and two reasons for why office is better than home

Reason one: If you are married, your wife or If not your mum will not bark that as your boss barks when you are late.

Reason two: Your Company can hire another guy easily when you say leaving. There is nothing special in you. But you are special at your home.

Reason three: You don’t have to jail yourself with full sleeved shirts, ties and pairs of shoos.

Reason four: You might be a hot dog at your home but in office, you should be quiet. Otherwise your name will be renamed as a famous ‘hot dog or cat’. .

Reasons for why your office is better:

Reason one: If you don’t like your company then simply you can leave from there. But you have no means to escape from your home. It is fixed and you have to be there even if you don’t like.

Reason two: Your boss might crazily believe in your reputation. But it is not possible at your home. They know you well.

So obviously home is better comparing to the office since there are two more valid reasons for it.
