Good or Bad?

Any action or thing has two sides. One side will be beneficial and other one would be discourage able. A strong culture is used as a component of measuring the development of a society. Culture helps to unify a nation or a group of people. In earlier days, organizations looked to hire employees from a unique culture considered to reduce the conflicts and improving the team work. But this practice is almost nowhere in the world with the increasing demand for multinational companies. These multinational companies had introduced the concept of ‘multiculturalism’. The reason for why a group of people always disagree with ‘globalization and multiculturalism’ would be because they have killed the uniqueness of cultures. Globalization has leaded to a situation where some cultures dominating all others. The countries that are economically and politically very strong seem to dominate the global village. Disputers say that ‘the concept of global village might be beneficial for well developed countries. But it is not always beneficial from the developing nations’ view’. But globalization may be a best solution for the societies who are fighting against Slavism. When we see the world as one country, there will be no discrepancies and inequalities in the world. But is it practically true? Practicality of this concept is questionable. Anyhow globalization would let each person to consume products according to the global standards. It further stimulates the concepts of ‘mass customization’ and ‘Just in Time production’ and therefore influencing benefits for both producers and customers on the business view. The exact example for globalization would be
‘A frog lives inside a pod. Later it moves to a sea. So obviously There will be enough food and the life will be more than better from what it really expected. But there will be big crocodiles. So the frog has huge benefits and at the same time it faces huge dangers.’
