Valentine’s Day
I am writing quiet after a long time as I was really busy with my projects. When I thought of writing something, I really had no idea on what to write. But I thought it would be suitable in fact, if write something about ‘valentine’s day’ since we are not in that past from it. No wonder, the whole world had become reddish with bouquets of red roses, red heart balloons and small statues containing a nice girl and guy. It doesn’t matter whether you are having a valentine or not, you can enjoy the creative ideas on store decorations and other gift items. Though some argue, Valentine’s day is only beneficial for business people and ‘love’ is not a thing that can be celebrated or worshiped in one day; in my point of view, it still gives an opportunity to those who want to let their ‘love’ to someone, to relax and think what made misunderstanding between those who are broke up and to gain more enchantment from your soul-mate by giving surprise gifts. Celebrating a day for ‘love’ is not that harmful to disciplines of any culture. But what makes others (who don’t have a relationship) uncomfortable is the confusion of what to wear. Even if you wear a common dress; it becomes a sign of revealing something. Let’s say you are wearing a black T-Shirt. When you are going among your friends, you would really hear some voices or noises saying that ‘hey what story made you to wear this colour?’ Next thing is; whenever you switch on TV or whatever the media, you could be able to hear those penniless voices of some poor guys saying ‘I lost myself. I cannot live without her. She made my life spoil’. Who told you to loose yourself? I don’t know which dim-witted wrote this philosophy first ‘Failing in love equals failing in life’. Booking rooms at hotels on Valentine’s Day becomes the climax of celebration. But the sad thing is those room bookers having only ‘temporary relationships’ and this is the maximum way of mishandling the sacredness of this day. So celebrating a day for love is superior for those who really want to make relationships and who are in good relationships. But I actually want to ask why the hell people are misusing this day, celebrating it for something else and not (never) for ‘love’?

ReplyDeleteThree facts are influencing a celebration day as follows Tradition/culture, need some entertainment and marketing/business. In case of valentine day ,the last two facts are mostly influencing. In my point of view each lovers have different valentine day and its totally depend on the person whether to celebrate or not and also person to person determination & feeling are differences. In my opinion do not follow the foot step of others you have to decide your way.
